The Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs' office of Consular Systems and Technology (CA/CST) has a rapidly growing business intelligence and enterprise reporting program. We need you to contribute to the development of a reporting portal for consular professionals worldwide. As the program grows, your strong writing skills are needed to spread the word, in "non-tech" speak, about the products and services we provide to our colleagues in Washington and around the world. Consular Affairs emphasizes making data-driven decisions, resulting in an increasing demand for the business intelligence program to produce authoritative and easily accessible data. This is an opportunity to be a part of the growing data analytics community at State. A background in information technology is not required for this position. An interest and/or background in graphic design, training, user experience (UX), statistics, and strong writing skills are desired.
