Working with the U.S. Study Abroad Branch in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking former participants of the Gilman Scholarship and Critical Language Scholarship Programs.
Using ECA databases and by working with our implementing partners, you will lead our efforts to identify program alumni and their current professions to develop robust profiles of former program participants. Your work will contribute to our efforts to demonstrate that participants in U.S. Study Abroad Programs go onto utilize the skills and knowledge they gained during study abroad to work on diverse teams, help solve global challenges, and/or utilize their language skills after they return home, thereby demonstrating the value of study abroad in preparing the next generation to communicate across cultures and work collaboratively to help solve the world's toughest problems.
