An existing database contains data that originates from user input using a Google Form. That data is cross-referenced with data from various other agency systems. Data from other systems is integrated through exports into .csv or similar formats, and then regularly uploaded to specific Google Sheets that serve as references sheets. Selected drop down menus in Google Forms are populated by data that originates from references sheets, and is then filtered down to relevant data. The overall system of linked sheets also has customized reports associated with it.
To take the basic work done so far to the next level will require: + Updating the Google Apps Scripts that have been developed to automate certain tasks, such as defining drop down menu choices. + Improving the reporting output so that data is presented in more user-friendly formats for end-users of the information. + Improving the interface for data entered by users.
The project will require access to non-USAID Google Sheets and Google Apprs Script. Dummy data will be used.
