|Project Summary||Take photos and shoot video of environmental and scientific subjects to help develop a digital repository of visual media covering a range of topics including oceans, climate change, water, science, conservation, and health. Serve as back up for compiling daily news clips.|

The photos/videos will be used to develop a digital visual repository of media. OES will retain ownership of all photos/videos and will attribute both to the eintern. The photos/videos would be free for anyone to use as long as attribution is given and the image/video is not used for profit. The photos/videos will be used on a variety of State Department social media platforms, reaching an audience of millions of people. The eIntern will also perform, on an as needed basis, a daily comprehensive news search and compile news clips for OES. The eIntern will search a wide variety of online news sources for stories and subjects relevant to our mission. The clips have an international and national focus and are used to inform hundreds of Department of State employees, including senior officials, of the latest envrironmental and scientific news.
