Project Description

The VSFS intern will help liase with air quality fellows, manage a listserv and email newsletter to participating embassies and fellows, manage the relevant social media, and look for ways to make the program even better. The intern will work with the EPA and other agencies as well. The incumbent should have excellent organizational skills, political discretion and awareness, and a drive to help develop a first-of-its-kind program for the Department.

The air quality monitoring program was announced by Secretary Kerry and EPA Administrator McCarthy in a ceremony on February 15, 2015. More information can be found on state.gov/green.
