The team behind USAJOBS.gov, the U.S. Government’s official hiring website, uses a variety of site performance and user satisfaction metrics to make decisions on new functionality and design. USAJOBS receives over 16 million visits a month and over 355,000 applications per year. Throughout the website, user experience is monitored and surveyed. This information is then made available to the USAJOBS Data & Analytics Team to examine and make recommendations on new features or design tweaks.
As a VSFS eIntern, you’ll work with us to analyze this data, make recommendations for new metrics, and to remove bottlenecks from the federal hiring process!
