Project Description

American Center in Moscow is looking to organize a series of interactive web-chats to facilitate discussions of shared topics, relevant to both the United States and Russia. The intern will be the lead organizer of virtual sessions, responsible for seeking groups of students across the United States interested in connecting with various Russian audiences, working out the logistics, and producing descriptive and visual reports.

Potential student groups might include:
• College students studying Russian
• High school students in student government
• STEM and "Maker movement" communities
• Drama/Literature/Book/Conversation clubs at schools/colleges/libraries
• Members of student media
• Volunteer communities
• Young entrepreneurs
• Other
