Project Description

The Regional English Language Office, based in Pretoria, South Africa, covers 16 countries in Southern Africa. We seek someone with creativity and initiative to design graphics that promote and support English teaching in the region. Potential graphics include:
1. Biweekly "Meet the Teacher" (profiling a teacher from the region)
2. Instant Activity (a one- or two-sentence activity teachers can bring into their English classes)
3. US and World Days (e.g. Martin Luther King Day, Earth Day, World Rhino Day)
4. Longer Campaigns
5. Surveys and Polls

The ideal candidate will exercise creativity and propose graphics that will reach and broaden our audience. We post regularly on Facebook but would like to expand to other platforms.

The intern should also be able to take video clips from our programs and edit them into complete 45-second videos to post on social media.
