Project Description

The Office of Inspector General, Office of Investigations investigates fraud, waste, and abuse (among other things) but is also invested in preventing fraud by giving Department of State employees information that can help them to spot early signs of fraud, or situations that are ripe for fraud. We provide fraud awareness briefings and post information on the Department’s OpenNet system, but are seeking something more engaging that American diplomatic personnel, Locally Employed Staff and managers around the world can view, once or periodically, to increase awareness. We are seeking someone with the creativity and communications skills to turn our information into an informative and enjoyable video or other product. Our audience is broad and we are willing to give wide latitude to our student in terms of how the finished product should look, as long as it conveys our message in an accessible, professional manner and is more interesting and memorable than a power point presentation!
