Project Description

Our team manages the main social media channels for the entire Department of Veterans Affairs. As a scheduler with the Digital Media Engagement team, you will be helping us share Veteran-related news and stories about Veterans and the amazing things they do. You'll help us inform Veterans and bring recognition to the amazing things that Veterans do every day.

You will be responsible for scheduling content to our social media calendar so that each post will go out at the correct time each day.

In addition, you will research Veterans Affairs approved Facebook accounts to create posts to schedule to our Facebook social media calendar.

Our team uses Salesforce Social Studio to schedule content for our social media channels. You will be given an account on our Salesforce Social Studio platform and will be trained in how to use it in order to schedule social content. This will be valuable experience to add to your repertoire and will be a tremendous help to the VA and to Veterans.
