The East and Southeast Asia Regional Environment Office (REO), based in Bangkok, provides timely and lively information on the state of the environment, science, technology, and health in Southeast Asia. We serve diplomats in East and Southeast Asia as well as our State Department and interagency colleagues in Washington. REO Bangkok coordinates closely with other U.S. government agencies such as USAID, EPA, and Centers for Disease Control. REO Bangkok sends twice-monthly newsletters (The Bangkok Hubcap) to keep colleagues, policymakers, and diplomats informed.
