Project Description

NSF's Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) program funds research in topics where computers touch the physical world, including transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, smart homes, etc. This internship will support evaluation of the CPS-VO web portal, which is sponsored by NSF and managed and curated by at Vanderbilt University's Institute for Software Integrated Systems. The intern will assist NSF in assessing the usability of the CPS-VO web portal and in making the portal more useful and usable for the community as the platform for the CPS-VO is migrated from the DRUPAL 6 to DRUPAL 8. The specific activities will be based on the experience, ability, and interest of the intern in web design, development, testing, evaluation, and software engineering.
