Project Description

The American Center Asmara runs a virtual speaker program every month on a variety of topics, such as business, tourism, rule of law, education, English language, and diversity. We need interns who are outgoing and want to help bring experts in these topics to the web cam for a virtual speaker program. You would a)find the speaker, b)book the date with Embassy staff, c)provide the interesting title of the program and bio of the speaker to staff, d)help the speaker test the internet connection (we use Zoom) to make sure it works, and e)moderate (or not, it depends) the program! Connect with Eritrea!
