This virtual internship will require the intern to research, write, and present on the potential for expanded business linkages between Israeli and Palestinian entrepreneurs. In particular, the virtual intern will identify tech sector synergies and ongoing and potential initiatives that create shared value, including by leveraging Department resources. Additionally, the intern will research and write about the Palestinian diaspora's contribution to the Palestinian economy, and suggest ways to increase investment in the West Bank and Gaza.

Virtual intern will be attached to the Economic Section of the U.S. Embassy Jerusalem's Palestinian Affairs Unit. Given the constantly evolving political and economic landscape, an ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and independent. Project description is subject to change.
