This project analyzes information available to the Office of Third Goal & Returned Volunteer Services to better understand the impact staff efforts to support Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs). This project may include data collection (including user interviews), data analysis (including both qualitative and quantitate data), development of data visualizations and the possible production of associated reports and / or recommendations. The results of the analysis will be used to support a wide variety of projects in the office which include: current and planned communications to RPCVs, content and services provided via Peace Corps-managed websites and internal strategic planning and prioritization. Other duties as may be assigned as needed.

Experience is cleaning, manipulating and providing analysis of quantitative and quantitative data. Includes developing reports, graphs and charts that can be used for standalone purposes or as part of larger reports or presentations (e.g. Power Point). Familiarity with spreadsheets (i.e. Excel and/ or Google Sheets) is preferred.
