Project Description

Editors will use their attention to detail to proofread and edit various posts for the VAntage Point website. This job may have you editing Veteran of the Day posts or participating in special projects such as editing headlines for special website announcements or interviewing veteran-based therapy organizations.

This role requires the following skills: Having an excellent command of the English language, attention to detail, professionalism, Microsoft Word access and proficiency, time management, storytelling, and a willingness to learn.

Past editing experience (preferred, but not required)

The Department of Veterans Affairs' Digital Media Engagement Team internship is one of the largest and most established internship programs available through the Virtual Student Federal Service.
