The toughest task teachers face is managing the classroom. The added layer of managing online learning for traditionally Face-2-Face environments has made this a very difficult period for teachers and students. This internship will allow you to add to the body of literature of how to manage, motivate and engage learners in the online and Face-2-Face learning environments.
This project will support not-traditional teachers within the Foreign Service Institute’s School of Applied Information Technology who are content experts within the field of information technology, but do not hold teaching certificates. This project will result in a survey tool to capture teacher experiences and multiple resources for SAIT faculty in topics supporting classroom management.
