Love getting into the nitty gritty of political systems and governments? Then put your research and analytical skills to the test as part of the Economic team at U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Research, analyze, and synthesize information across a broad range of sources to map the anti-corruption institutional landscape in Thailand. What government institutions exist, what are their roles, and what are their comparative strengths and weaknesses? How are they effective and where could they be more effective? What exists officially, but in practice is may differ--and to what extent?
Using your research and consultations with Economic team mentors, you will produce an executive summary report along with more detailed analysis for use by the not only the Economic team, but other sections and agencies to support Mission Thailand goals.
Candidates should be curious, self-motivated, and open to collaboration and feedback.
