The NASA Ames Exchange, an instrumentality of the US Government, located at NASA Ames Research Center in the heart of California's Silicon Valley, owns and operates Official NASA Gear. Official NASA Gear is a brand created with the sole purpose of supporting NASA employees, so 100% of the proceeds from all Official NASA Gear go directly to NASA employees in the form of morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) activities. All gear offered is custom designed for NASA and space enthusiasts. All clothing is ethically sourced following the World Responsible Apparel Practices standards.
The operations support and marketing strategist will assist with processing returns, responding to customer inquiries, helping ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, and social media marketing of current and new Official NASA Gear products.
