Project Description

As an eIntern on this project, you’ll be working with the outreach team in the Office of Alumni Affairs, part of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. Our digital footprint can be found on the web at https://alumni.state.gov/, LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/company/exchangealumni, Facebook @internationalexchangealumni, and Twitter @exchangealumni.

You'll work with our team to further key foreign policy goals through your work, which includes create engaging content for our digital platforms to inspire, engage, and connect millions of U.S. government exchange alumni around the world. Alumni include those who have participated in any Fulbright program, Gilman Scholarship, International Visitor Leadership program, Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange Study (YES), Critical Language Study, and hundreds more.

Working knowledge and familiarity with social media tools (such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and basic office automation software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint) are necessary.
