This project analyzes information available to the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity (OCRD) to better understand the policies, procedures, and practices that constitute barriers to recruiting, hiring, retaining, and promoting a diverse workforce. Working in coordination with OCRD staff, this role includes data analysis (qualitative and quantitative data), development of data visualizations, and the possible production of associated reports. The results of analysis will be used by the Barrier Analysis Project Team to support the ongoing efforts to reduce and/or eliminate all barriers to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcoming workplace. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Experience in cleaning, manipulating, and providing analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Includes developing reports, graphs, and charts that can be used for standalone purposes or as part of larger reports or presentations. Familiarity with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) is preferred.
