The Intelligence Community Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Office is seeking virtual interns who have exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Interns will conduct research, use data to answer questions that drive decisions, and identify potential private sector, corporate, and federal partnerships to advance demographic diversity across the IC. Interns will be expected to:
o Conduct research to support diversity outreach activities within the IC and externally, in alignment with joint IC strategy. Identify best practices from the U.S. Government and industry;
o Assist with scheduling and advertising of targeted diversity outreach events and activities, and developing multimedia content of national or regional interest;
o Analyze data and metrics to measure outcomes; and
o Conduct formal analysis of the strengths and weakness of diversity and inclusion programs.
