Project Description

Join our Caribbean Affairs team as a valuable contributor in data analysis and reporting on U.S. Department of State and U.S. Embassy social media platform content creation in the Caribbean. ​In support of U.S. and Caribbean efforts to combat illicit trafficking, build citizen security, and prevent youth crime and violence under the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative, you will be responsible for helping track media reporting and social media products for 13 countries highlighting breaking news, programming and Department priority messaging. Through this position you will also assist in creating public diplomacy content across multiple platforms to highlight U.S. policy in the Caribbean and amplify U.S.-Caribbean successes in support of strategic messaging campaigns. ​May be asked to perform additional duties to promote U.S. priorities in the Caribbean region.
