|Project Title||Strategic Communications Research for the Fulbright Program - Special Programs|
|Project Summary||The Office of Academic Exchange Programs in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA/A/E) seeks one or two eInterns to assist with strategic communications research for outreach and recruitment for the Fulbright Program’s special programs.|
|Agency||Department of State|
|Number of Interns||2|
eInterns will work closely with ECA/A/E program staff to research organizations and institutions to identify potential pools for recruiting candidates in public policy and related fields for the Fulbright Program. In particular this research will focus on “special program” components of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program where recruitment is most successful outside of the traditional campus recruitment (e.g. for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in public policy and related fields). This research will provide recruitment contacts for use in recruitment and outreach activities.
eInterns will assist with the development of strategic outreach plans to recruit qualified candidates for Fulbright Program grants.
eInterns will also be involved in alumni outreach, assisting promoting alumni activities, engaging alumni with the Fulbright Program, and leveraging alumni for program recruitment and storytelling.
