This is an exciting time to help us establish not only the internal infrastructure for diversity and inclusion initiatives but also help us collect information from the field (all Embassies and Consulates) on how they are explaining what is happening in America to foreign audiences. We are looking to create a database of best practices from the field. We also are working to create a virtual speakers program which we want to implement with other Bureau diversity and inclusion offices. That will most likely be a project unto itself.

The Candid Conversation with Hispanic Diplomats is a program we did in collaboration with the National Museum of American Diplomacy.
